In order to submit a case or a post to the Forum, you must be registered. Please note that no registration is required if you only wish to read the site's content but do not wish to submit cases or comments. However, you may still wish to register in order to receive our newsletter or notices about changes to the site.

Please note that user registration is independent from CME/CEU registration. If you wish to obtain CME/CEU, you must register separately within the CME/CEU portion of the site (click here). This is mandatory, because case submission on AHRQ WebM&M is anonymous; whereas to provide CME/CEU we must collect personal information. For more information about CME/CEU on this site, click here.
